The architectural language of Red Bull APC was adapted to fit West Coast culture. Every piece was simple and functional, taking advantage of the natural strengths of local cacti, pine plywood, black metal mesh, tartan, soaped elm and dark metal to give the new APC a look that connected to its roots and the local community.

Red Bull has a fascination with helping people to accomplish more than they believed they could. This goes far beyond giving you wings. Red Bull helps athletes get a better understanding of how their body and mind work. Red Bull APC is an R&D lab for the human body where world-class and everyday competitors alike do the work to elevate what’s possible.

To embody this, we repurposed an aging office facility in Santa Monica, creating a simple, modular space that allowed for endless configurations of workouts, rehabilitation and mental acuity training.
